This medal can be reffered as one of the main awrds given to Engineers. How many of you have read about this in news papers? I think very few.. I haven't seen an reports regarding this in any news papers except The Hindu.. not in any malayalam papers.. When Slum dog received Oscar, it occupied Half of the front page. They are worried, Why Shilpa Shetty couldn't cast a vote. Whats the next blog of Amithabh. Which bollywood pair will break next.. Whose cared about APJ or what he receives? B********...
He is the man who showed as, there is a Position called President in India. He is the First Perosn. What all he can do. A man who has done a lot of things to Humanity. who gave away his life to equip India with Missile power, who showed President is not a rubber stamp. Then man who encourages the Indian Youth to dream, Dream Big..And what this politicians and journalists give him.. kerala CM, V.S Achuthananthan once said, when APJ said his opinion about Nuclear policy, 'There are many scientist in Thumba who had flown more rockets than APJ'. YA, VS is rigth. there will be many scientst. But not any of them has been the President of India. They Joined ISRO in search of Fame and money. But APJ was there when ISRO was created.. He was there when 1st rocket flew from thumba. He is one of the pioneer in space technology of India. And see how we repay him..
